Speedboat Hull For Sale – £499

Hull , Road Trailer & 15hp Outboard Included

This GRP speed boat hull would make a good renovation project, or could be used as a workboat in its current condition e.g. for logging.

It comes with road trailer and winch, and a 15hp Johnson Seahorse outboard (not the 3hp Yamaha shown). There is a quality stainless steel lifting bracket for a small auxiliary outboard installed to one side. The stern has been reinforced with aluminium and stainless steel by a previous owner to take a much larger outboard.

The stern has been reinforced with stainless steel.

Most other fittings e.g. cleats and rails are quality stainless steel.

The 5.5m (18ft) hull appears sound. The interior has been stripped out and is open.

The interior has already been stripped out.

Cable steering is installed.

*SOLD* Anchors, anchor chain & fenders – going for a song! *SOLD*

PeterKersey has been having a clear out and wants to get rid of two CQR anchors. One of 25 lb and one of 35 lb. Both are used but perfectly serviceable. He also has have six “mildly scruffy” fenders about 22 cm diameter by 65 cm in length. Apart from the scruff they are in good condition and very useable.

He is also in the process of changing his anchor chain and the old one is
available. It is approximately 45 metres of 8mm chain that worked well in his Lofrans windlass but it is not known if it was properly calibrated as it came with the boat. It is in two lengths of twenty odd metres and joined with a C link that had a “very high tensile strength rating”.
He is only asking for a nominal sum of £1 for each item of anchor and chain and the fenders are free to anyone who can make use of them.
