Last Sunday, a team from WQSC and the TTGC completed the filling of the first layer of gabion baskets on the edge of the parking area to the rear of the HC Boat Shed.
The next tasks are:
- Wire these baskets closed
- Back fill behind them with rubble/earth between the bank and the baskets
- Build the top layer of gabion baskets, ready for filling!
We will be calling for volunteers when the next baskets are ready to be filled.
